📦 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan, so you can shop stress-free.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Karachi: 3-5 working days
Other cities: 6-8 working days
Remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier.

🌍 Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan — but we’re working on expanding to Oman, UAE, and Saudi Arabia very soon!

🛍️ Is your jewelry waterproof and non-tarnish?

Absolutely! All our pieces are waterproof, non-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and made to last — perfect for everyday wear.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns, but if you receive the wrong or a damaged item, we’ll happily exchange it. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
